I got this recipe from my friend, Hannah, who I met in 1st grade. Her mom made it a few times when I was over there and I absolutely loved it! I tend to add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter to give it some extra flavor. You can usually make 2 loaf pans or muffins. Both are delicious! Enjoy!

- 1 stick of butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease pans.
- Cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then combine with the butter mixture.
- Add the bananas, sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
- Pour into pan and bake for 30-60 minutes. The baking time depends on how full your pans are. Muffins take between 15-20 minutes.
