Waffles are such an easy breakfast that pleases everyone! I know that when my friends sleepover, we love to make waffles in the morning. While, boxed mixes are always quick and easy, this recipe tops them all with flavor and crunch. These waffles tend to be on the sweet side and they are very rich so be sure to whip these up next weekend for breakfast!
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. In another bowl, lightly beat the egg yolks before adding milk, butter and vanilla.
3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined. Then add the egg whites.
4. Bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
5. Enjoy!
Makes about 10- 4 1/2 inch waffles or 5 circle waffles.

- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs- separated
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks) melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
