Pistachio bread is one of the easiest quick breads you will ever make. We make it every year around the holidays and usually a couple times throughout the year for brunches or to take with us on a trip. I went to the mountains a couple of weekends ago with a good friend of mine and brought this along, everyone loved it! We had it mostly as a snack and it was so yummy! Ok, Im going to tell you the truth that these are definitely not the most healthy option out there, but it is so delicious that it is totally worth it. As you can see in the photo below, I usually make mine in a bundt pan, but I am sure you could make it in a loaf pan if you want. This recipe also has a nutty layer if you want to include that in the middle. You can also sprinkle it on top. I personally like it better with the nut layer but it takes a little longer. I was in a bit of a hurry when making this batch so I didn't have to to make the extra layer. I hope you all have a great week/weekend! Enjoy this recipe!
